Quick Easy Friday Night Pizza Dough

Who doesn't love pizza? With all the extra toppings, and oh don't forget about the crust. This is hands down my favorite part of a pizza: thin crust, deep  crust, cheese- stuffed crust, the list can go on.

Better yet, how about homemade pizza... I bet you can't get enough of it.

With this recipe you will have a fluffy not to crisp medium size pie, equivalent to 8 slices in under 20 minutes.

  • 4 tablespoon warm water
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup of cool water
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  1. Mix in yeast into the warm water until dissolved.
  2. Add in flour(sifted)
  3. Slowly stir in cool water and coconut oil. Knead dough for about 5 minutes- either in a mixer or by hand.
  4. Place dough into a bowl and cover with a clean towel - allow to rise for approx. 30 minutes.
  5. Before rolling out dough into desired shape - sprinkle a bit of flour on the counter to avoid the dough from sticking.

Put on your favorite toppings and BAKE!

Baking instructions:

Preheat oven at 350⁰
Bake at 400⁰ for 15-20 minutes

Feel free to knead the dough in advance and store in the freezer for a special night-in.
        Put on your fav tunes and make it a party.
